How will the sweets be packaged?
Products come in our standard sweet bags, rather than a special gift box or gift wrap. Read the individual listing for the number of bags and weights included.
Will there be prices inside the parcel?
We leave prices out of the parcel. Prices and your order total are still shown when you place your order.
Can you send directly to the recipient?
We’re not offering direct-to-recipient gift delivery at the moment. Please order to your own address, ready to give your gift in person.
Can I include a gift message?
Yes. Please contact our team before ordering to arrange your message. This page does not collect a message automatically.
Can I choose the individual sweets?
Ready-made bags and bundles have their own assortments. For a custom selection, use our Build Your Own product, where you choose from the sweets currently listed in the builder.
What if the person has dietary requirements?
Check each product’s ingredients, allergen information and packaging. Don’t assume every item in a mixed bag is suitable. Contact us before ordering if you need clarification.
